Originally named Maxim Enterprises we opened our doors in 1988 in a small shop on Waverley Rd, East Malvern. We operated there for 10 years, doubled in staff and were growing to the point where we just needed more space! In 1998 we moved to bigger premises at 886 North Rd, East Bentleigh (Where we still are today!)

Business was booming and Maxim Enterprises was fast becoming the one stop shop for all Balloon & Party Supplies!

In 2004 the owners of Maxim Enterprises decided it was time for a change (Queensland looked a lot warmer) and started thinking of selling. The business was offered to staff first and a long time employee jumped at the chance to own such a fun business!

In 2005 we changed our name to Partycles to reflect more of what our business was about and are today one of Melbourne's leading Balloon & Party Suppliers!

What's set for the future?
We have big plans for Partycles! We aren't happy with being one of Melbourne's leading Balloon & Party Suppliers... we want to be the best!

We want to have the BEST SERVICE, we want to have the BEST VALUE, we want to be the MOST RELIABLE, the BIGGEST RANGE, and above all we want your experience with us to be the best!

What makes us professionals?
We are a member of BASA-V (Balloon Artists & Suppliers Association of Victoria). What does that mean to you? Well, being a member of BASA-V means we attend regular training days to make sure that our knowledge of balloons is always up to date! Training days are often hosted by professional balloon artists from around the world, so not only will we be learning new techniques in Australia, but we are learning new techniques that keep us up to date with the rest of the globe! To you this means that we won't be doing 10 year old decorating for your function, what we offer you is fresh!

Still not convinced? We also have state of the art equipment that we use on all our work. We don't use tools that are readily available to the public because we want our work to be something that will stand out from the rest. So, when you come to us for your decorating needs, we want our products to WOW everyone at your party!

And finally, our staff have over 25 years combined industry experience, so if you need advice, we will definitely know what we're talking about!
